SPARK

PACKAGING DESIGN

PRODUCT DESIGN

A creative practice kit designed for emerging designers and design students, featuring analogue activities that help overcome burnout and creative block while fuelling ongoing inspiration. The kit is fully hands-on, encouraging experimentation, playful exploration, and new creative directions through happy accidents and process-led making. It includes everything you need to build and sustain your own creative practice—and have fun doing it.

Juxtaposition underpins the visual approach to Spark. This is rooted in research on the psychology of inspiration—more specifically, the idea that putting things together in unexpected ways can be beneficial for sparking creativity. The visual mashups, created by blending archival book imagery, supports this idea. Thus, the identity can incite curiosity and spark inspiration as much as the written content.
